Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a partial service disruption affecting Email Sending within our production environment. This issue began at 19:10 UTC and was resolved at 20:35 UTC on May 24, 2022. During this disruption period, email sending was delayed for a portion of our customers. Monitoring - The Salesforce Technology team has implemented a fix to the partial disruption affecting Email Sending within our production environment. This issue began at 19:10 UTC. Users can access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but email sending is delayed for some customers.
Email sending for affected Pardot customers resumed at 20:35 UTC and we are monitoring the progress as we work through the backlog.
