Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting our Automations and Email Sending services within our production environment. This issue began at 14:00 UTC and was resolved at 21:03 UTC on July 26th. Users were still able to access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but some functionality may be unavailable or running at less than optimal.

Update - Automations processing has fully recovered as of 1906 UTC. We are continuing to monitor the recovery of our Email Sending pipelines, and will make adjustments as needed to keep that recovery going.

Monitoring - The Salesforce Technology team has mitigated a performance degradation incident affecting Email sending and Automation Processing within our production environment. This issue began at 2PM UTC and ended at 17:41 UTC. There are still some customer cases open and Pardot team is currently working on it to help users fix their problems.
