Resolved - Update as of 11:59pm UTC: The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption impacting a subset of Pardot customers that occurred from 11:02pm UTC until 11:51 UTC, and full service has been restored. Please contact Support if you encounter any further issues. We sincerely regret any impact you experienced as a result of this incident.

Identified - Update as of 11:27pm UTC: The root cause of the issue has been identified, and we are actively working to near a resolution. Users are able to access the application. Background processing (automations, emails, imports, etc.) currently remain paused. We appreciate your patience while we continue to address the issue.

Investigating - The Salesforce Technology team is currently investigating a service disruption impacting a subset of Pardot customers as of 11:02pm UTC. During a service disruption, end users are unable to access the Pardot service. Updates will be posted here as new information becomes available.
