Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption affecting new Pardot accounts within our production environment. This issue began on July 13th at 16:03 UTC and was resolved on July 20th at 13:19 UTC. New customers that had been affected by the issue are now able to send email. Existing customers were unaffected.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Monitoring - We have deployed a fix and are monitoring our account provisioning process for any additional failures.

Investigating - The Salesforce Technology team have identified a service disruption affecting new Pardot accounts within our production environment. This issue has been ongoing since July 13th at 4:03 PM UTC and during this disruption period, new Pardot accounts would be unable to send emails. Pre-existing accounts are unaffected.
We're investigating the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
