Background processing and Email sending delayed for a subset of customers

Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting background processing, including email sending within our production environment. This issue began at 10:09 PM UTC August 14th and was resolved at 03:03 AM UTC August 16th. Users would have been able to access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but some background processing and email sends may have been delayed or not sent.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Investigating - The Salesforce Technology team has identified a performance degradation affecting Email Sending within our production environment. This issue began August 14th 9:50 AM UTC. Users can access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but a subset of customers email sending may be delayed at this time.

We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
