Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a service disruption affecting our production and demo/sandbox environment. This issue began at 07:16 AM UTC, Sept 27th, and was resolved at 08:59 AM UTC, Sept 27th. During this disruption period, end users were unable to access certain aspects of the affected service and background processing and emails may be degraded.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented for production customers and we are monitoring the environment. Additionally we have identified impact in our pardot3 (demo/sandbox environment) and are in the progress of resolving the issue there.
