Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting Engagement Studio within our production environment. This issue began at 14:20 UTC on 04/07/2023 and was resolved at 15:23 UTC on 04/07/2023 Users could access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.

Investigating - The Salesforce Technology team has identified a performance degradation affecting Engagement Studio within our production environment. This issue began at 14:20 UTC. Users can access the Account Engagement service during this degradation period, but some functionality may be unavailable or running at less than optimal levels.
