Resolved - As of 7:17 p.m. UTC, all regular system functionality has resumed and Engagement Studio publishing is working as expected. All backlogged Engagement Studio activity occurring during the disablement will be re-queued and eventually reprocessed.

Identified - As of 6:50 p.m. UTC, the root cause of the initial service disruption has been identified. Engagement Studio processing is paused, but all other email sending has been reenabled. Any emails scheduled to send while sending was disabled will be queued and sent, but there may be some delay.

Update - As of 6:31 pm UTC, the Pardot application is available to all clients. Engagement studio programs and all other email sending is currently disabled as the root cause of the service disruption is being investigated.

Investigating - The Salesforce Technology team is currently investigating a service disruption intermittently impacting Pardot accounts as of 5:16 p.m. UTC. During a service disruption, end users may be unable to access the Pardot service. Updates will be posted here as new information becomes available.
