Resolved - As the Salesforce team brings this incident to a close, we are no longer seeing email sending delays that were affecting a subset of Pardot's customers. We acknowledge that a number of emails failed to send at all for customers on the affected Marketing Cloud stacks during this incident, and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
