Resolved - As of 05:37 UTC, the Pardot environment is out of impact. All emails have been cleared from queues and the Pardot environment is in a healthy state.

Monitoring - The backlog in the email queue has now cleared. Currently discussing the resuming of the deprecation job for the database on stack 7.

Identified - The issue has been identified as a deprecation job on the Stack 7 database through which emails are directed. This job started at the same time as the incident started. The deprecation job has been stopped. The backlog is now clearing.

Update - Note: The earlier indication that list emails were not affected is incorrect.
Teams are still engaged and investigating.

Investigating - Pardot SRE are currently investigating reports of the failure to send system emails. All indications are that other emails such as list emails and auto-responder emails are not affected.

This incident began at 02:00 AM June 16.
