Resolved - The Salesforce Technology team has resolved a performance degradation affecting public requests within our production environment. This issue began at 1927 UTC and was resolved at 1940 UTC. Users could access the Pardot service during this degradation period, but some functionality may have been unavailable or running at less than optimal.
